Do I need an account to shop with Taaluq store?

It is not obligatory to have an account to shop with Taaluq store, yet as you shop with Taaluq store having a registered account, it will give you a quicker, safer and appropriate shopping experience.

I want to track my order, is that feasible?

Yes, you can track the status of your order under Track your order section.

How faster can I get my order?

You will be getting your order dispatched on the next working day.

How will I know if a product in my order is not available?

In case an item is not available after the order is placed, you will be informed via call and afterwards, you can also order an alternative product or can cancel the order (if any refund will be applicable, it will be instigate within 24 hours).

What should I do if I don’t get the bill for my order?

Our delivery agent will be providing you the invoice of your order, in case if you didn’t get the invoice, you can check it from the Order section of your Taaluq store account.

My payment process was completes successfully but I didn’t get any confirmation code. What should I do?

Please certify that you have provided the correct mobile number. Make sure that you enter only 9 digit mobile number without any prefix i.e., +92 or 92 or + or 03. Check that your mobile phone is in the network coverage area. If you still don’t receive the OTP, please contact our service provider.

How can I believe that the groceries that will dispatch are in good quality?

The groceries dispatched are taken from the top brands having a signature of providing quality products and we at Taaluq store also certify the quality and packaging of products before delivering it so that you can get the best product and finely packed groceries.

DELIVERY:

What is the schedule of delivery?

The orders will be delivered throughout the weekend except on public holidays.

What are the delivery charges?

For the order above Rs. 2000, delivery will be free. But the amount below Rs. 2000 will charge delivery charges and the charges will be according to your area.

What about sales tax?

Sales tax is included in prices.

If I missed my delivery, what will happen?

We will reschedule the delivery by contacting you.
